When she is in deep thought or worried Mimi will normally tug on the end of her long hair, placing it in her mouth if she's really upset over something. Her main goal in life is to have a family, the time at war has shown Mimi how short life can be and she want's nothing more than to leave the shinobi life behind - the only problem is that she can barely take care of herself, so her short term goal is to make sure she can take care of a team of genin first. Her biggest fears are probably growing old alone, never having children and funnily enough for a ninja - dying because she believes that once you're dead then that's it. You stop existing altogether. Like one minute you're here and then the next it's nothing and it scares the hell out of her. Despite this if someone was to tell her something was haunted she'd still get slightly creeped out since she's one of those people who 'follow' the crowd. If other people 'sense' another being in the room suddenly, even though she knows its complete hogwash, she'll feel it too - likewise if she's with people who don't believe or are not bothered, Mimi won't be either. The last thing Mimi wants is to have her life taken before she can truly begin to live it. Her biggest regret is becoming a ninja because it has taken her down a path she in fact no longer wants, the only thing that balances this out is the fact she has met so many amazing people along the way.

She was the first child from her family to enter the academy and become a ninja so unlike most of the other children Mimi couldn't go home and asks for help and because of this trailed behind the other students. This was the start of her admiration for one Obito Uchiha, who was the only real ninja to take the time and interest to tell her not to give up - even more impressive because he was an Uchiha, how cool is that? Her admiration turned almost stalkerish when Mimi just so happened to be practicing whenever he would be, being the natural friendly boy he was Obito would ask if she wanted to come along - only for Kakashi, a.k.a Mr. Meany-Grump, to tell her to get lost and stop getting in the way. Naturally she was upset when the Uchiha died however it turned out when he was no longer teaching her Mimi picked up things much quicker.
Genin - Academy Graduating age 11
She had worked herself to the bone to master the basic skills and weaponry use but still struggled with Ninjutsu & Genjutsu. Her Genin team was led by a mysterious old man with gravity defying blue hair & rather geeky looking glasses (though when he took them off he was probably the best looking man Mimi had ever seen) who refused to let them know his last name, the team weren't even sure that Kai was his real name. Mimi along with Taida Kamiyaka & Kyoya Uchiha trained under him and thanks to the older jounins skills in pretty much everything was able to help Mimi progress. Mimi's life as a shinobi was almost cut short by the nine tails attack, since she was a ninja she felt it was her duty to help despite the fact she'd only graduated days before. If it wasn't for Kakashi Hatake she'd probably be dead and to this day Mimi still remembers that moment he pulled her out of the way with speed she could only image.
During one of the festivals in the village Mimi was walking through, jealously watching other people having things won for them. Having already rekindled the habit of following Kakashi around, only this time for him not for his teammate, the older ninja was used to her presence as were his acquaintances. Apparently the look on her face was a picture, so distressing that a young Might Gai took it upon himself to cheer her up - if he failed he'd make himself run 500 laps around the village. Needless to say the older boy succeeded when he won her the purple hair clip that to this day is still worn in her hair.
It was around the age of 13 that they realised that while both Tai & Kyo had a prowess in fire type jutsu, Kyoya because of his clan affinity and Taida because of his Kekkei Genkai, Mimi still struggled to even get special chakra paper to react to her. Due to this Kai decided to start focusing on Chakra Shape Manipulation with her instead, so she didn't fall behind, because her large amounts of chakra meant she could perform more difficult shaping.
Chuunin - Age 15
After a second attempt Taida & Mimi followed Kyoya, whom had become a Chuunin a year before them, into the next rank. By now Kyoya had gained all three of his tomoes in both his eyes, Taida had mastered his Nensho Kekkei Genkai technique and Mimi had finally caught up and discovered her chakra affinity was for wind. It was during this time the team created a joint attack with both boys using fire jutsu & Mimi enhancing the potency and distance with her wind - Kai was finally happy to allow them to start leading the teams on their own on occasions.
It was after her promotion to the next level that the missions for the feudal lord began, obviously because of her age he wasn't interested in her for her appearance more for the fact she enjoyed listening to his stories & rambles and such made better company than his wife whom was more concerned with her kitty.
When she was 16 she signed a blood contract with the Owls after seeing Kakashi use his ninkin she wanted to summon an animal too. Little did she know if a ninja tried to summon without first signing a contract they'd get transported to the home of the animal she naturally had an affinity for. Mimi's turned out to be owls which she apparently shares with a ninja from Kumogakure which suggests her summons do not have an alliance to just one country. After tests of Logic (which she failed) Sincerity (which she passed) and Skill (which by default she passed) they agreed to be her summons. When the Uchiha massacre occurred Kyo died, like everyone else, and this was the start of the end for the Team. When she was 20 her mentor followed him saving both her and Taida in the heat of battle during a mission in the Earth Country at the hands of some rogue Iwa-nins - they still have not been found despite both Mimi's & Tai's best efforts.
Jounin - Age 20
Taida was promoted to ANBU, the deaths of their friends spurred him on, around the same time Mimi was promoted to Jounin, and the deaths of Kyo & Kai had had the opposite effect on her career. She moved out into her own home soon after her promotion, with her grandfather’s death her grandmother moved into her parents’ home and so she felt things were overcrowded. Mimi still sees them on a regular basis, having a very good relationship with pretty much every member of her family and can never leave without food & money being forced upon her.
It was around the rather young age of 22 that she realised that the life of a shinobi was not for her and what she really wanted was to raise a family - dedicate her life to protecting & nourishing not killing & taking life. Rather than go out on a variety of missions Mimi spends most of her time protecting or doing this for the fire Daimyo at his request, having become so fond of her over the years he asks for her specifically every time and the Hokage can never say no because of how much he pays and other than the odd spot of trouble that comes his way Mimi feels she has things relatively easy.
She has been on 123 D rank missions, 150 C rank, 200 B rank, 33 A rank and only 1 S rank and has not led a team of genin yet.
ＡＰＰＥＡＲＡＮＣＥ⇛ Mimi stands at around 172 cm and weighs 54 kg, she's toned but slender and much to her distaste -see her complex with Tsunde explained further down- has a rather 'average' sized chest due to her slim size. She has a pale complexion, not white but god she'd love a tan, and amber brown eyes with dark brown hair that rest's mid back. Her hair style is a simple layered cut with a thick blunt fringe skimming her eyes all of which is straight. Her Kimono is short and a pale french grey with light lilac border and obi around the middle. She has dark knee high ninja boots with matching plated, fingerless gloves and her headband is placed in her obi. Underneath the Kimono, you can see it through the dip in the dress and with the shorts at the bottom, she wears a purple Lycra body suit - sleeveless and thigh high shorts. On her left leg, overlapping the Lycra shorts is her kunai pouch on top of wrapped bandages. Her right wrist is also wrapped to cover a seal for weapons.
ＳＴＲＥＮＧＴＨʾＳ & ＷＥＡＫＮＥＳＳＥＳ⇛ Her genjutsu is Mimi's biggest weakness. Not only can she not use it at all, funnily enough it gives her a headache, but she's also highly susceptible to it and finds the most basic of genjutsu hard to break. While she can move very fast her eyes can't always keep up so staying at high speeds is a risk. Her lack of elemental skill puts her at risk to any user since she can only really counter with her non elemental attacks. The fact she over analyses normally leaves her open for defeat or leads her to make the wrong move, the only time she doesn't have to worry about keeping her head in the game is when she has her owls around - since they really are as wise as people say they are.
Her strengths lay in her Shape Manipulation; recently she's branched out into trying to gain a handle on her Nature training too, her speed and her over analytical nature. Yes while she worries during battle and sometimes that hampers her, the fact that she worries beforehand means Mimi is more than prepared for pretty much anything, even the most unexpected of occurrences. Her usual battle strategy is laying traps to keep an opponent at bay and on their toes while she figures out her next move. A combination of impressive speed along with her Taijutsu & Ninjustu is more than enough to take an opponent off guard.

ＪＵＴＳＵ⇛ Chakra Type: Wind but very poor use of it. She has a very large amount of Chakra which makes up for her lack of elemental prowess.
Mimi is far more skilled with Shape manipulation than Natural and can create chains, senbons, whips and small hand sized shields out of her chakra by concentrating it into forms. Her strength is in her speed, both of her feet and hand seals, and the way she uses her chakra alongside her uses of traps and smaller weapons - smoke bombs, tag bombs and kunai.

Chakra Bonds technique - Similar to the Chakra chains only doesn't have the ability to tie down summons or tailed beasts and on a much smaller scale.
Silent Killing (Close range)
Chakra Rain - A S-rank and her most powerful ability. Mimi can only use this once and it depletes her rather impressively sized chakra amounts down to literally nothing. While performing the hand seals Mimi concentrate's her chakra into the surrounding area and the points of concentrated chakra appear around her like small lights. Once ready and upon the signal she can fire these, with no real direction only control over the projection, to pierce through the enemy and bring down the size of a small squadron. (Mid-Long range)
Chakra Rope
Sourukattā - literal name being 'Soul Cutter'. Taken from Kakashi's lighting cutter, Mimi opted to try and copy the jutsu for herself. Obviously her lack of elemental prowess meant that rather than utilize lighting Mimi's cutter is just pure concentrated chakra, shaped and just as dangerous as the lighting version just without any of the benefits - immobilization, sharper cutting, quicker use.
ＴＲＩＶＩＡ⇛ + Her full first name literally means "To be harsh on ones ears" - what with her complaining, constant talking and general bluntness one could feel that way around her.

+ Fish freak her out. While she's not scared of them she doesn't like being around and up close to them for too long - their faces are 'weird' and it makes her uncomfortable.
+ The Feudal Lord of the Fire Country has a special soft spot for her and will nearly always request Mimi for any missions he has from something as dangerous as escorting him to another village or even doing his groceries for him. This means she is rather well paid, he tips heavily, and she has saved most of this away so she can retire early.
