Its petty, its self centered, and most of all its true.

I am done spending money on this game. Thanks to the April fools event of 2k11, I have lost all faith in the gaian staff. Not that I had any of it to start with.

Gaia has been making money hand over fist for the last few years:

We buy their donation items, that wasn't enough.
We buy their Evolving items in droves, that wasn't enough either.
We get excited at the first rig and pour a ridiculous amount of revenue in their pockets. That also was far to much it seems.

Now, they love their little cash cow. Everything has to be rare, Anything you like? Hope it isn't a multipose item, that means you have to buy it, and by buy it, I mean you have to buy a dozen Rigs, hope you make enough money from opening them to buy it with gaia gold.

Every user is now in a frenzied rush to get more gold, because the economy is now based on rare items. The more rare it is, the more desirable it is for future profit. Its often a high quality item, as reapersun mentioned, they weigh it on pose count and how much quality it has.

The Gaia I joined, the one with a friendlier enviroment with mods/admins that actually planned things out so everyone could have a shot at the items is gone. Now it is RARE RARE RARE BUY BUY BUY CASH SHOP SPONSOR ADS LOLOLOLOL UMAD MEME MEME MEME.
