I've been a little irritated with dA lately...I turned off mature content filtering because 99% of the time the people I watch have either nude DRAWINGS or mature content in text - no big deal. So I gave it a chance, and as soon as I'm browsing the popular deviations, there's one where someone basically copied and pasted pics of a porn bimbo into paint and stuck it up on dA. Not only is that supposedly against the ToS on there (in this one, just in the preview you could even see her touching herself - WTF! Supposedly you can't post pornographic material on there.) but it was also getting a lot of attention and favorites. That really pisses me off. Some bimbo getting copied and pasted in paint gets so much attention, yet actual ART gets ignored? I have plenty of friends that put EFFORT into ART on there and nobody really notices, despite the fact that its really good quality. Since when is dA an 'adult site' in that sense? I thought it was about ART. I'm to the point where I'm not going to renew my sub on there. Seriously, I saw that p.o.s. still up a few days later. ITS AGAINST THE ToS! If they can't stick to their guns then I'll find a better site. I just can't respect them if they're gonna b***h at Teru-chan for DRAWINGS yet let a lewd picture of a REAL person slide. Wtf is that? =_=

Anyways, just needed some rant time. So sick of that site being like that...its not for 'xrated entertainment', its for ART, a community for ARTISTS. I don't mind artistic n***s or naked drawings or mature text, don't get me wrong. Ugh.
