In a poker game
you must read another's mind,
know what you have,
and play at the right time.

So let's take a look at what we have,
and do you know what I see?
It's a pair of two's and I'm all in.
(look who's not feeling lucky.)

I played this game a year ago.
Was on the winning hand that time.
But the only problem that ended up,
is she still wasn't mine.

So I look at the other players.
All better looking than I.
Them all stairing at you,
trying to catch your eye.

My money isn't against you.
I'm hoping you choose right.
People might have better hands,
but I've been watching how they play all night.

Faith is what I have in this hand,
but still it isn't much.
It's hard to be a gambling man,
when I can lose you with a touch.

You swear they all have nothing.
That they are bluffing about you.
It's time for everyone to show their hand,
it's time that you do too.

This may seem very cryptic,
but I mean what I say.
I'm all in on a Pair of two's.
You better hope they don't win today.
For if I turn up empty,
I might just walk away.
