Personality: Toki is hardworking when it comes to his career and training. He is relatively quiet, but not shy. When it becomes necessary, he will speak his mind without sugar coating anything. His words are blunt and to the point.

Bio: After suffering a near death experience by being caught in a surprise blizzard last winter, Toketsu has been able to use his bloodline limit. Before the surprising incident, he lived his life like a normal Main Branch Fubuki clan member. He trained everyday in hopes he could force the Kekkei Genkai to appear, but that was his young, naive mind trying to make sense of the mysterious blood he had. He's never been the same since he nearly died in his own element. He's been working like crazy to insure it never happens again.
