Biography: He is what is known as the Narsistic Ego-Tripping dictator-like boss of the Umbrella Corp. At first he created this Corp. to find a cure for all the diseases in the world. However as time passed by, he started to go insane because of not only for the drugs he was taking (Later revealed in the RP that he was a drug-addict in one of the scientists research papers when he described Walter as a "Crack-head" and "Uses too much of Cocaine in his diet" wink but also because he wanted to reunite with his 'mother', and then created the first serum which was used to turn the first human experiments into zombie prototypes.
Eventually this expanded into other serum experiments, including mutated monsters such as Nemesis. His recent experiment was Seras, whom stumbled into his lab one night and discovered that he was working on live human experiments and turning them into creatures and ordered the scientist to keep her captive and experiment on her with the new D.N.A. substance. Shortly after, Nemesis, which he had captive for approx. 2 months escaped out of his captive cell and was running loose. He ordered the scientists to search for him and bring him back into his cell, however, by the scientist were on a search for him; there was no trace of Nemesis of what so ever. When they returned to check on Seras, she was missing as well and having most of the equipment in the room and became furious. Now he's on a search for both Nemesis and Seras and will do whatever it takes to get them back so he can complete his world domination.
