Tabatha / Tabby: (Not to be confused with my Pokemon OC of the same name.) Cynical, rational, and experienced in martial arts. She was trained as a bodyguard for the Mayor until she was "handed over" to Gin as an accomplice for his heroic exploits.
Has experience with firearms and at times, appears to be the only sane character in the city.
Always wears a pair of headphones, listening to them to avoid listening to Gin, and even in the midst of battle.
