Techniques:
--Doctor(Description of Doctor Abilities)-- Can cure common-uncommon illnesses, stitch and bandage wounds, create antidotes for common-slightly uncommon poisons, and can operate on a patient for larger wounds or bullet wounds.(He is reluctant to operate on or bandage the wounds of women. He will if he must, but his hands may shake and he may start sweating. He wouldn't ever try to 'pull anything' though.)
--Circle Walking(Can Use)-- A Baguazhang technique where he moves in a circle around or with his opponent. Makes it easy for him to dodge most attacks, and sometimes even counter the attack.
--Palm strike(Can Use)-- A technique where he hits his opponent with an open palm, sending a shock wave through the body to attack an internal organ. He can pinpoint and attack organs such as the heart, lungs, and kidneys. Does moderate damage, may take a short period of time to truly affect the opponent.
--Scalpel Style(Can Use)--Zander grips one or more of his scalpels in his hands, using the extra sharp points to add peircing or slashing damage to his attacks. Best used with his finger locks.
--Knife hand(Can't Use)-- A move he uses either as a surprise attack or a finisher for when his opponent is weak. It involves locking the fingers in his hand, then shoving it at his opponents stomach with all his strength. Unless the opponent is armored, or has very strong abdominal muscels, his hand will peirce skin and move an inch or deeper into his opponents abdomen. Still a very painful attack with abs tightened.
--Pressure point targeting(Can't Use)--Zander will use his knowledge of the human bodies anatomy to target his opponents pressure points and the other weaker spots. Use with a finger lock, he can hit either one or several points in rapid succesion, causing severe numbness and disorientation in limbs and sharp pain.
--Senbon rain(Can Use)-- He grips several senbon in each hand and throws them all at his opponent, aiming to cause peircing damage all over the oponent.
--Senbon lock(Can't Use)--Throws one or multiple senbon with pinpoint accuracy to hit a joint and seal off movement. Such as hitting the shoulder with two or three senbon at once to stop arm movement or hitting a knee to seal off leg movement.

Personality: He is a kind man with a clear head. He will die for a friend, and may pause to help a stranger. Zander will always help a wonded person. Unless the person has been recognized as an enemy, he will ussually give them a small treatment free of charge. He is always looking for new allies, but ever since he left his village, he has become a drifter, never staying in one place for very long.
Bio: Zander grew up on a small island in North Blue. His family was loving and caring, but very poor so Zander had to work from a young age. He ended up working for the town doctor, sterilizing equipment, washing wounds, and learning more about medicine everyday. His life was happy until the entire town came down with a fatal disease. It started with just some foreign merchants who fell ill in the tavern. Soon it spread, and eventually even his parents got it. Zander and the doctor worked hard, trying to find some cure and to ease the patients pain as much as they could. Last, the old Doctor himself caught it and was the last to die, leaving only Zander a a few others still alive there.
Zander left and has started a quest to become the greatest doctor in the world, and to learn how to cure any diesease and cure any wound. He decided world government is too controlling of Doctors, so he decided to become a pirate, to travel to the Grand Line and learn everything he can. For that he needs to find a crew to take him, and then he plans to go all the way to the end of Grand Line, to where only a few before have ever set foot. To find the secrets that land holds.
Side Note: --He picked up the basics of Baguazhang from a master during his travels. He combined it with his knowledge of the human body and has been practicing it since, finding it a good way to strengthen his body and fortify his mind.
--The nickname 'God Hand' comes from his ability and skill at saving lives with his hands, and his skill as a martial artist seeming to destroy a body while not even bruising it.
