After every argument my parents have the next day they act like love birds. My mother Singing while making freshly squeezed orange juice and my father cooking home made hash browns and bacon. I came into the kitchen to find Lucian and Emmet shoveling food in they're mouth "Leah finally out of bed! darn I wanted to eat your portion." Emmet teased I just yawned and walked over to the coffee pot pouring my usually giant cup of coffee. I held the cup under my nose and took in the intoxicating aroma " go ahead and have my portions Emmet,I don't feel like breakfast" that's when Lucian spoke up "oh right. After last nights announcement I would be queasy too" Emmet burst out laughing and Lucian just smiled over at me "Ha ha you are so funny Lucian. If I'm Blaise's mate wouldn't I be your dominant?" I said smirking over my cup of coffee. Lucian and Emmet fake a modified look and got down on the floor in front of me bowing dramatically "Oh no majesty don't have us whipped!" I couldn't help but to burst out laughing. Blaise walked into the kitchen he looked me up and down "really only wearing a large t-shirt while you have people over?" he smirked but I could sense he wasn't pleased. Emmet and Lucian got up and looked at each other before saying "oh we have to go... uh" Lucian stammered out and Emmet quickly finished "Do laundry! yeah that it we have tons of laundry. Come on Lucian let go" they rushed out the back door Emmet winking at me before shutting the door.

I took my coffee mug and poured myself another cup. "Morning Blaise. What brings you here so early?" I asked while sipping my coffee and walking towards my room. "I just wanted to come and see you is that so bad?" Blaise was right on my heel as I went up the stairs. I opened the door to my room leaving it open behind me "It's not a bad thing. I just never see you here in the morning. Emmet and Lucian are always hanging around. I think you even scared them off" I giggled a bit after I said that. I set my cup of coffee on my night stand and grabbed a pair of jeans out of my drawer and a sleek black tank top. Blaise plopped himself on my bed "I didn't scare them off. I marked my territory" I raised my eyebrow at him "Territory? Emmet and Lucian are not interested in me that way,there is no reason for you to be marking territory" I pulled my jeans on and began to pull my t-shirt over my head before I could put my tank top on Blaise had his body pressed against me. His hands running up and down my stomach. "Maybe I'm just a little jealous." he kissed my shoulder "Blaise I'm not sure we should be doing this. A week ago I considered you a big brother and now..." I let my sentence trail off as he began kissing my neck. Little shivers went down my spine and my body was screaming to give in to him. My wolf wanted to come out and dance with Blaise,She wanted to fully except her mate. "Aliyah why are you fighting this?" He released me abruptly and sat back down on my bed crossing his arms. I sighed and pulled my tank top on. "I just feel like everything is changing." Do I really want to be Blaise's mate? Would that be such a terrible thing? Could I handle being the female Alpha? So many unanswered questions. I turned to leave the room I couldn't deal with Blaise right now but before I could leave he grabbed my hand,gently. "Please just give me a chance" he never acted this way with other woman I've seen him with. With me he seems gently,protective, even possessive. I've seen him toy with other woman he was always rough,distant and seemed bored, why are things different with me? I sighed "Blaise" I wasn't sure what I was going to say I was torn. I wanted to say yes my wolf craved his wolf but my human mind couldn't stop asking questions that made me want to end it all. I think he sensed how I was feeling and let go of my hand and I left the room
Down in the living room was a liquor cabinet I opened it and grabbed a unopened bottle of Grey Goose. I twisted off the cap and started to chug. It burned as I gulped it down till I couldn't take the burn anymore. "Damn I didn't realize I was driving you to become an alcoholic" Blaise smirked at me as he took the bottle out of my hand. Man I definitely could feel the liquor "I'll have you know that I am not an alcoholic." I took the bottle back giving it another chug and winked at him "so this is how you start a normal day?" He took the bottle from me and gave it a quick swig "Your not even old enough to buy it" He walked over to the couch bottle still in his hand. "Hey just because you can doesn't mean you should take my alcohol" I sat down next to him. He raised his eyebrow and laughed "I've been able to buy it before you were even able to buy cigarettes" I took the bottle and began to chug as much as I could. "Slow down or you won't even be able to walk " he smiled at me as he said it "You could always help me back to my bed if that happens"I could feel my judgment was impaired. Could I trick him into choosing another mate? did I want him to pick a new mate...I wasn't sure anymore.
