► Master Swordsman: He is skilled with nearly every melee-class weapon. Give him a rock and he'll still find a way to drive it into your skull. Give him a bow, and he's next to useless.
Tactician: Though he hasn't had that many years of training in the field, he has a natural skill for devising plans and thoroughly analyzing situations. Doesn't mean he always listens to his own advice in situations, though.
Summoning: Muerte: The only magical ability that Alexei is capable of casting is the summoning of one of his best weapons. Muerte is a large black scythe that has been rumoured to be the scythe of Death himself. It was on display and was stolen one day without a trace of evidence as to who could have possibly stolen such a cursed weapon. He changes his entire fighting style to accommodate using such a weapon. He uses it even less often than Kitetsu, as the summoning takes a lot out of him and the fighting style wears him out. No one in the Knights know he has Muetre in his possession.
► He lives up to the name of Blademaster by carrying two identical swords, Masamune and Muramasa, that he can either dual-wield or connect at the hilt to form one, double-sided sword. He also carries Kitetsu at his hip, which he uses sparingly. Aside from these three swords, he has two knives on either high that he keeps within reach for emergencies or skinning. Overall, his arsenal consists of nearly a hundred weapons, though they are all at his personal home on display. He takes the weapon of anyone he kills as a sort of trophy, though he never uses them.
► Alexei was the child of a couple of pro-war elves, so he was raised around weapons and learned the art of combat. Many elves stick to using bows as their primary weapon choice, but he never had that kind of talent. He wasn't crazy about the idea of a full-scale war, and he was even less of a fan of their "Warmonger". So he left for Greywall, where he was treated terribly but still did what he could to try and make himself a notable member of society. Under the law of the new king, he bought himself a large home and got himself a job in the military. Though many of the soldiers treated him badly, he still made a name for himself amongst the knights, being noticed by many of his peers due to his skills with a blade. He's a knight, so to speak, but he does a lot of the dirty jobs most knights won't do - though whether that's because he's a half-elf or because he's not afraid to get his hands dirty is unknown. He's spent a few years hunting down enemies of the Empire, and has always collected their weapons as proof of the kill, which he has kept at his home as trophies.
► He's got many scars and burns all over his body due to the abuse he received by humans when he came to Greywall, as well as those given to him by his Elven peers when he was growing up and being trained for war. He's a bit self-conscious about them, so he never talks about them. One of his most notable scars is the burn on the left side of his lower jaw that extends down to his shoulder. Though it healed rather well, it still scarred, and he did not let Healers fully cover it up because it served as a reminder as to the reason why he left the Elves - they left him for dead against a dragon as a part of his "training".
