I dreamt I was with a friend I met over the summer (Octy) and we were looking over the city with 2-3 other people. It was a beautiful night. We looked out upon the city. It wasn't where either of us lived... it looked kinda like we were in a downtown area. Suddenly there was this HUGE firework that went off, right in the city where it wouldn't belong. We looked at each other horrified. There was another one that hit so close to his apartment that we ran inside. The singes were right next to us on that balcony.

We ran inside and looked outside seeing a building get engulfed in flames as multiple fireworks went off, it seemed right under it. His mother asked us why we came in and we really didn't tell her. We changed topic. His friends and him were going to go to a party... something I wasn't interested in. I ended up walking with them and breaking off without any of them noticing.

I went back to my own apartment. My roommate asked me about the neighbor kid but there really wasn't much I could say.

My dream suddenly changed. I was probably about 11-12 years old, and a boy (Nothing from my personal life carried over to this dream. I was a completely different person). There was something interesting going on in my head space. It was an actual place, dark with a lot of fireflies to light it up. For some reason I was able to bring my grandfather. When he got there he said it was no place for a child and how dare I have a place like that. The Fireflies and everything else was frozen. I walked away because it was technically still my space. I found an old friend of mine (a spider) and asked her where she'd been. I've been told she was taken away but according to her story she was just out on a vacation. She said whoever told me she was taken away was no friend of ours and to be careful. I looked back at my grandfather who was still ranting about my own special place.
