Coloring: Cherry is a pink unicorn with purple hair that poofs out and curls at the edges. The only exception to this is her tail, which is more ragged looking and does not curl. Her eyes are a light shade of blue
Cutie Mark: Cherry’s cutie mark is a pink cupcake with a cherry on top of it . It signifies her purpose to make sweets for people.
Personality: A polite young filly, Cherry delight can be shy at first if she is around ponies she’s not familiar with. Furthermore, she is somewhat curious as she is still young and learning about the world around her. Cherry can be stubborn at times, but loves talking to other ponies once she gets to know them.
Cherry is a slightly clumsy pony, but not as clumsy as Derpy Hooves. She tends to trip on her own feet at times , and this embarrasses her to no end.

Biography
Cherry lives with her father in Ponyville, having moved with her father from Seaward Sholes when she was still a baby to start a new life . Cherry does not recall why she has no mother , as hers left when she was a baby citing a hatred that had grown for her husband (and his work) and a disinterest in her newborn filly. Her father has kept this information from her, because he doesn’t want Cherry to feel that she’s horrible because her mother didn’t want her. He does plan to tell her when she’s older and may be able to better comprehend the reasons for her mother’s departure
Currently, Cherry is enrolled in Cheerilee ’s class and has made a few friends amongst her fellow classmates over the years and events . However, her best friend is her pet hamster Gumball . This hamster is Cherry’s constant companion unless she is in school. Although she did try to bring him along once, which ended in disaster.
As she is shy, before she gets to know any-pony Cherry is not exactly an ace at making friends. She tends to spend time alone when she is not with her friends at the playground, skating ( this usually ends badly , but she’s getting better at it ) or other activities

Magic: At this time, Cherry is learning more about using her magic. She can carry small things with her magic, but is learning to use it more so she can use magic to help her create. She has no interest in spells as magnificent as Twilight Sparkle can do , but does want to learn teleportation.
Dream:
Cherry loves candy, baking and adores going to Sugarcube corner to admire the work of the Cake family. She hopes she can find a town of her own someday to set up a similar type of shop and sell confections to everyone there.
