You sounded like you wanted to cry as you were saying goodbye.
But this is it, we're both finally free of whatever misery we've been dwelling in for this past year.
This relationship wasn't healthy, and I've come to terms with the fact that it can't continue.

And I can't help but feel you coming over here was more for this new girl than for me.
What did she do, tell you to cut yourself off from me completely or else she wouldn't want anything to do with you?
You're so desperate for a hole to shove your d**k into, you'll do anything, huh?

It's alright though.
We were both on the same page.
I don't want anything to do with you either.

I just want to be happy.
And honestly, Emmett just makes me feel happy.
The people in my life right now have been so great to me, and I love them so much for being there.
They also make me happy, I can't really say its just one person that has been giving me such a good feeling.

Things are different this time,
I can see it and feel it so clearly.
The honesty between Emmett and I is so surreal, I almost can't believe it exists.
But I don't need to lie to him, he knows everything there is to know and he will continue to.

Bri has been there for me so much, I don't even know what I'd do without her.
She's always been such a good friend to me, I won't do anything that'll make her want to run away ever again.
I'm learning how to prioritize.
My friends will be just as important as my relationship this time.

Things will work out to the best of their ability.

I may not believe in forever anymore,
But I can certainly believe in the idea of having a love that keeps you warm at night.
If you want that in your future, I hope you find it.
But the odds of us ever finding each other later in life are very slim,
And I will not ever pursue you.
I don't wish to find myself in your company for a long time.
