Hello everyone! Welcome to the 3rd Annual NSTG Awards Ceremony. This Ceremony was put together for the first time in January of 2011, when we came to the conclusion that we wanted some way to recognize the amazing and wonderful people in our community. We want to thank you for coming out tonight, and for all the time, gold, or talent you have so generously given to our community. You make the NSTG what it is -- you always have, always will.

You all voted in December's Monthly Survey for the "theme" of 2013, and you chose "family." Let that be our community this year -- a family that looks out for each other, lifts each other up, and treats each person with love, gentleness, and dignity, no matter their background or level of experience on Gaia.

Out of that love, gentleness, and dignity, I ask that each of us remain respectful and kind tonight. Each winner won because they received a majority vote among the Crew for their respective categories; in other words, they earned it. Please be happy for the winners and the nominees tonight; if you're awesome this evening, you just may find a little treat from the NSTG Fairy in your inventory tonight or tomorrow morning!

Without further ado, let's begin the presentation of the awards; USERNAME will present the Newbie Award, USERNAME will present the Kind Heart and Helping Hand Awards, USERNAME will present the NSTG Ambassador and Celebrity Awards, and I, Ebony the Peacian, will present the Crewmember of the Year and NSTG Spirit Awards. If you are a nominee and your name is called, please come forward and stand behind the presenter; when the winner is announced, that person is welcome to come forward and say a few word of thanks.

DAYPAW There are no words to describe how wonderful it has been to have you as my partner in crime these past few years. There are very few people who are more reliable, loving, supportive, smart, and funny, and I'm so proud to call you my friend. Thank you for every event you've helped me run (and often coordinated yourself), for every late-night IM chat, and for every last-minute project we've scraped together, and I can't wait to approach 2013 with you by my side.

ETERNAL REBELLION When I hear the words "sweet" or "talented," you come to mind. You are such a loving and kind presence in our guild, and I'm proud to also have you, one of the nicest and hardest-working people I know, as my Vice Captain. You're so wonderful to have around, and I'm so grateful for all that you've done for our guild, whether it be in making beautiful graphics or blessing us with your friendly nature.

TAINII You're a total and utter sweetheart, and I'm so glad I was able to meet you in-person last summer. As an aspiring artist, high school student, and the captain of another guild, I understand how busy you are, which is why I respect you all the more for always taking the time to spend time in the NSTG and contribute to its greatness, whether it be in the foreground (such as during events) and behind-the-scenes, with more administrative duties. You're such a joy to have on Crew, and I'm so glad you're here.

PEBBLEDROP856 You're the only active guy on Crew, which makes you special already, but that's not what makes you the most special. You're one of the most hardworking, dedicated people on Crew; you have never missed a deadline, neglected a responsibility -- on the contrary, you are always looking for MORE ways to help, BEYOND our expectations of you. You rock, and we all love you.

WATERKIN With a mom like JoyRose, it's really no surprise that you're just like her: generous, loving, and kind beyond measure. You have stepped up to the plate to help out for this event, and to say that you have excelled as a contest host and Ceremony planner is a gross understatement. I can't help but smile whenever I see you post or attend an event because you just radiate happiness, confidence, and love, and it's a blessing to have you in the Crew Assistance Program.

TheAnneh I'm so happy to call you my friend; during one of the toughest months of my life (this past December), you were there for me to offer me hope and peace, and I can't thank you enough for that. You're sassy, artistically talented, and so much fun to have on Crew; every committee you join benefits from your creativity, drive, and friendly nature. Thank you so much for being my friend and for all of your hard work and dedication to the Crew; I have grown to care for you very much and I hope you think of me just as fondly.

THE Santa Claus Your mission -- to keep the love and generosity going all year long, not just during events -- is so beautifully executed, and is a testament to your nature as one of the most loving, friendly, helpful, and giving people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on Gaia. I'm so happy you were on Crew for a while and are now in the Crewmember Assistance Program, and hope our friendship lasts for many Christmases to come.
