The attack last for only one slash making it good for countering flurry attacks but during the slash what the opponent does determines the damage.
If dodged, the attack still hits but is delayed (damage is ranged from high to lethal)
If blocked, the attack causes severe strain on the opponents arms
If connected the attacks does little to no damage
