The Random Deviant featured this week is !water-gingle. Anthony is a traditional artist whose works use a variety of mediums, including crayons, colored pencils, markers, and sometimes oil pastel. With such a variety of mediums, Anthony has mastered them all, and in them stretches the limits of our perception and minds.

I love the vibrant quality found in all of Anthony's art, and the variety and complexity of the ideas each piece expresses made it really hard to choose only five. smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

Bottles caught my attention because of the beautiful hue of the bottles, and how the flowers they transform into reflect those hues. The bottles themselves capture the translucence of colored glass, and the end ones seem to liquefy and intertwine. A closer look at the flowers reveals a reflective shine, giving them the feel of petal-encrusted water drops. The background in this piece isn't lacking, either, with the extensive detail in the mountains and their shading.
