What's this feeling I'm experiencing?
It's entirely brand new
It's like a vice has constricted around my heart
Tears keep forming, yet they refuse to fall
It's not really painful
But my heart feels heavy and uncomfortable
I don't understand this
I thought I understood my feelings
I thought I'd gotten them under control, forced them to leave and had found the appropriate emotions for the situation
Je ne sais pas, I don't know
I don't know anything anymore
I keep standing up, but I instantly fall back down
It feels weird to breath, like there's too much weight in my chest and breathing in just makes my chest heavier
But exhaling makes my chest feel too light, like I'll lose control of my heart if I can't keep it weighted
I haven't a clue on how to fix this
But I just want it to stop
