We let our greed consume us.
Feed corrupt fires.
Caring for your lust
And you tell yourself it's love.
Believe the fake gods
This truth you speak of,
We're nothing but spineless hogs.
Your faith is worthless.
Every thought, selfish.
You're ambitions, purposeless.
This world, too hellish.
Yet, we're greedy because we care.
But not all of us are always so fair
