I was plugging in the laptop and one plug below the outlet i was gonna use was halfway out.
I didn't think much of it, but when i tried plugging the laptop in, the hair on my arm stood up straight, and my finger got numb and felt like it was vibrating, but it wasn't.
My breathing got really heavy, and a blister quickly formed right below my knuckle.
It's itchy now.
