i feel so lost in this skin of mine
uncomfortable and insecure, fearsome of things i dont want to know about
its hard to smile but i do it anyways
even though inside im breaking from the weight of my false cheerfulness
when i do faulter, you slap that smile back on my face
its plastered there. its fake
closed eyes and you never look closer.
