....anyways, i just wantcha to know that my routine is going great! we can already see some improvment! like...my stomach....its like....thin and a straighht line. and...im can press up to 40 now, which is an AMAZING thing for me to do people! i mean me! shmoogy! pressing 40! and im still putting on more. cause i have to up the weights by 5% everytime i do 12 reps.

and for the good part! since we getting into the routine so easily and all, i may be on by friday! which is tommorow! or saturday. which ever i kinda see fit.
