Why do bad things happen to good people? Like, damnit... One of my good friends from Highschool.. he's such a great guy, always nice to everyone, the big jokester of the bunch. And it seems all that ever happens to him is bad things.

Like last year, at our friends 19th Birthday, I hadn't seen him since grad and he was there with his girlfriend. And I start talking to him and he seems really down and depressed. First thing I knew was somethign was wrong cuase he was nothing like his old self. So I ask him whats up and he tells me his Father had died just a few months ago and I was totally blown away. I felt bad from even bring it up and said I was sorry for his loss. I knew his parents had devorced and what not, but still that was really bad for him.

So on Friday my mom picked me up from work and my friend had called me today from her work to talk to me. SO I asked if she knew what she wanted and she told me something about myfriend I mentioned above. Well HIs Mom had just died of Hepititis. Well I was floored, he has now lost both of his parents and now has to raise his 10 year old brother all on his own! Can you beleive it? Being jsut 20 and having lost both parents and having to take care and raise your little brother? I Feel so terrible for him! HIs life has been s**t! It makes all my problems at work seem like nothing!

I Wish there was somethign I could do, but I have no idea..... *sighs*
