KNOWN FACTS:
-Served in the Imperial Volte army.
-Carries what appears to be either a kazoo or a large boba straw as a substitute for a cigar. (Note: He also has a blue one that's very rarely seen.)
-Is missing his canine teeth and has an open bite. Fanglike molars.
-Has his tongue pierced.
-Inconsistant artwork, but it's definitely still Wobble.
-Shares MANY traits with another character (skin tone, pink hair, general color scheme, eye shape and color in pic #3) and could be related.
-Has either a bubble motif or electricity motif.
-That's not a helmet. It's a leather cap with built-in headphones, they're a real thing.
-Everything's a big game to him.
-He won't let anyone call him their sensei. He'd rather be a senpai.
-Best friends with Hiro. Funny because they're total opposites.
-Flies around in a bright red fighter jet.
-Maintenance guy. He's on a team with Nishinippori-sensei, who tests for glitches.

-Really short, most likely 4'6"
-Has some kind of fetish for mouth pain and most likely loves anything spicy

-The goggles hold his hair back. His head becomes a snow poff without them.
-The goggles also cause a shade to fall over his face, explaining the change in skin tone from the first two pictures to the third one.

-His headphones in his cap are always turned up WAY TOO LOUD.
FUN FACT: I accidentally ended up creating almost every trait of Wabutan except for his appearance and full name. BEMANI noticed my abnormal dedication to the little goober and I guess they decided "hey, this American nerd has some good ideas!" It all started with me calling him "Wobble" and deciding he knew how to fly a plane.
(...You should see what fans did to Nishinippori-sensei. He can shoot lasers, generate flames, his loincloth works like Rorschach's mask but with kanji and the laws of gravity obey HIM. He's Volte's very own Chuck Norris!)
