Hi! Welcome to a (tentative) new series, called Media Reviews, where I (Ghostly) talk about my thoughts regarding Popular Media (such as western shows & movies)! We are going to start off the series discussing the new Winx Club remake.

Well, I started watching this show on Netflix today and I'm already at episode 6, so I assume it's pretty good. Little annoyed by the following changes - Bloom and Stella NOT being best friends, the whole Generic Love Triangle with Skye (where tf is Brandon yo?), the removal of Techna and Timmy (I mean, really??), the whitewashing of Musa and Flora/Terra (and her removal, I guess?), and the fact that Musa x Riven (?) isn't carrying out an enemies-to-lovers trope/storyline. Like who is this random faerie guy? Also since when could guys be faeries? Lol. I do not like this. But I also want to see what happens, so I'm still watching.
