OMG! I was on hold with social assistance for 30mins, someone hung up on me scream . Called backed, after 45 mins of waiting I'm told that EI requested another missing ROE on Sept 29. If it's the same ROE I already have submitted they have now halted my benefits twice gonk , I'm lucky I'm not on the street. I'm angry that I was advised to even apply for EI stressed . I don't care if I'm denied, they need to make a decision! scream I'm going to stay on hold and I'm going to call every day till someone gets back to me. I don't understand why we pay these govt call centers so much money and they do nothing, you never get connected to someone with real authority and you have no clue who to contact. I wish I could email directly the #1 MLA/MP/WHOEVER scream is in charge of Alberta EI and ask WTF!? stressed
