I just watched a video that has my eyes bawling crying it was an old woman with Alzheimer's struggling to remember her children until presented with items that got her memories flowing back, and it was full of tragedy and beauty heart

in other news though, I accidentally skipped a couple days of exercise, so I ought to do it today or else I might lose my progress of making it a routine...
