Introduction. What is it, really? The dictionary defines it as a foreword, an opening, a preface, a beginning. So then...a beginning it is.
I am Kitsune, the known and loved Fox of my friends. I ramble, rant, dream, and create. On Gaia, the world sees me as all my avatar is, and so thought and considerations must be put into how one arranges one’s avatar, profile, and journal. Take, for instance, the fox set. What would a Kitsune be without her ears and tail? Let me tell you: a mere human. Indeed, those are my most prized possessions here on Gaia.
A second thing: my profile. I’ve arranged it so that it displays all my love and devotion to the creative and unique. From my 'About' section, where there isn’t a single word about me, but instead the lyrics that describe me most at the moment; to my multimedia, where I’ve presented a video that just plucks at one’s heartstrings. All of these things describe me, Kitsune-chan.
Above, as you can see, is a picture of a fox. A Kitsune. Me. I spent some time on this picture, because I know it'll be representing me here. The background...well, I was listening to "Ice and Snow" when I drew it, but don't ask me why that song inspired bamboo leaves. Yeah, I know my scanner killed the shadowing, but it's still a Kitsune. Still me.
So now, I’ve decided to accept the challenge my friend has presented me. How could I not? I never back from challenges, especially ones that lets me vent my imagination at the world. Don’t worry, it won’t bite. I am going to write/draw one hundred stories, poems, and drawings of the one hundred things listed. Join me, will you, as I embark on one of the most creatively stimulating challenges of this Kitsune’s life.
I am me. Kitsune. Noun. Singular. Creative. Unique. I ramble, rant, dream, and create. This is me, my world, my thoughts, my dreams, my art, my writing, my words.
Welcome to them.
