since this journal is kinda just here, i might as well explain what goes on in my brain. at the moment, i have two stories going on in my head.
1) based on the song "valley winter song" by fountains of wayne (yes, they are the guys that did "stacy's mom" wink . 'bout a girl and boy in winter in a small town. they both are 17. the boy (his name is neige; it means snow in french) has never actually told his girlfriend (named lumi; which is finnish(?) for snow) that he loves her. the whole story takes place during one day and would be about 15 pages. anyway, neige's friend, raad (african for advice) tells neige that he needs to tell lumi that he loves her. so neige writes her a song and they meet at this cafe where he plays the song for her. she loves it, but then realizes she was supposed to get home earlier and leaves. neige had forgotten to tell lumi that he loved her, so he rushes out and catches up with her. he kisses her and tells her that he lover her. she responds in kind and they walk away. done. god willing, this will be my tokyopop rising stars of manga contset entry.
2) this is a plot line for a 2-3 book installment. a 15-year-lod girl named rhiannon loves drawing and reading manga (even though fangirls freak her out). she lives a pretty normal life. one day, at home, she wishes that some manga characters could come alive. later she finds a very popular/promenent male manga character in her house (i don't have a name for him yet). she realizes that he has to live at her house and go to her school and all 'cuz otherwise people will get suspicious (he's the same age). so they dodge fangirls and stuff and end up falling in love. i will write more later. i have homework... xp
