Truffles!
Truffles are little pieces of fudge that taste good and are pretty easy to make. They are very yummy, and if I had a chef show, I would probably make them a lot. What you do is: 1) You get a can of sweetened condensed milk (um, the normal size), a jar of cocoa, a stick of butter, and a little vanilla extract. 2) Ok you now want a pot, so you get it out and put it on the stove on low. 3) You put butter in it (3/4 cup i guess), and melt the butter. 4) Then you put cocoa in (3/4 cup) and mix it for a while, till it looks all... smooth and stuff. Probly 5 minutes. 5) turn off the stove, put a spoonfull of vanilla in; and maybe some espresso for some nice mocha truffles heart . Or some rum. It doesn't matter. Ok you done cooking, so now you have to refrigerate the whole mess for a few hours, untill it's firm enough to roll into little spheres (oo cool word). This is the part of the thing where it gets... kinda boring, so if you used the rum in this recipe, hey, you got the whole bottle left. Um, you might wanna roll the truffles in coconut flakes or more cocoa or nuts or something. Then you eat them! domokun Enjoya!
