8 planet Solar System....
I can't believe it.They have removed Pluto from our Solar System!!!!! After all those years of having 9 planets and memorizing them as a child......gone. I can see it now....3 years from now,me in a college class. "What are the planets?" I doubt they'll ask this,but never the less..) I raise my hand,slowly with all of the rest. "Yes? You there in the back,Mrs. ______"(Blanked out for possible marrige purposes) I name them off. "Mercury,Venus,Earth,Mars,Jupiter,Saturn,Uranus,Neptune,Pluto." The teacher stares at me like I'm a fool. "That is incorrect." I look dazed for a moment,then look at what he is writing on the projecter sheet. Mercury,Venus,Earth,Mars,Jupiter,Saturn,Uranus,and Neptune. I blink,and then realize my mistake.Only 8 planets. 3 years ago they changed that. How could I had forgotten.Oh,yeah. I was raised with 9 planets in our Solar system. What a nightmare.Hopefully they will change it back,but who knows with the government now a days....next thing you know,we'll have 48 states.Or Canada will join the U.S and be called "Amerada" . confused They must be mad.
