I just read that Steve Irwin, aka the Crocodile Hunter, died recently. The ironic thing is that he was killed by a stingray while filming a movie called "Ocean's Deadliest". The poisonous stingray stabbed him through his heart. My sister and I used to watch The Crocodile Hunter and poke fun at Steve, saying that he would get killed by one of the "crocs" he loved so dearly. We didn't mean it. At least he died doing something he loved: hanging out with dangerous animals. At age 44, I think that he was too young to die. I hope that his wife and children will make it through this difficult time. He was a devoted environmentalist and will be dearly missed by all. Goodbye, Steve Irwin.
