"Something isn't right," I said.

It had been a couple of hours since my house's AI mainframe had came back on. Harper, Rommie, Nissa, Tikki, and Ikkit were working on some small bugs that were still in Nerissa's system. Trance had enlisted the help of Foxxy and Bekka to help with taking care of Shalimar and Wynn. Toshi was prodding Bankosu with a stick because she still hadn't gotten used to his new form. The Gwees were behaving themselves by sleeping in a green pile out of the way.

"How so?" Rhade asked.

"It's been two hours and nothing's happened," I replied.

"So?" Dylan said. "Count that as a good thing."

"You don't get it," I said. "In this house, every five minutes something happens. Something bad."

"Your AI mentioned someone named Rose had returned," Rhade replied. "Am I mistaken in thinking she had destroyed your house?"

"Something's diffrent about her," I said. "I don't think she's going to be causing too much of a problem."

"So then what's wrong?" Dylan asked.

"That's it, I don't know. Just something. And it's driving me freaking nuts!"

EditSuddenly, a black ray shot through the air and knocked me off my chair. Falling to the ground, I realized that my tail and legs were merging into a--

"NAGA TAIL!" I yelled, whiplashing the lower half of my body.

"What in the world just happened!" Dylan asked as he and Rhade leapt from their chairs and backed away.

"I've been turned into a naga," I replied. "And there's one person who I can think of that's capapble of this. Nerissa!"

"Yes?" Nerissa's hologram form said, appearing next to me.

"See if you can get in touch with someone at Chazu's house," I said, attempting to balance on my new naga tail. "And if you can, tell them I want to talk to Raina." To myself, I thought, The last thing I need is for Koopa to see me like this...
