I managed to maim my foot last ight and today it's hurting like a b***h. Anyone would think I was trying to kill myelf this week. On monday I blacked out at work and fell down the stairs, then on tusesday I almost drowned my self but inhaleing water I was trying to drink, and last night I fell over a brick and took a great chunk out if the side of my foot. Oh, well. The doc says I can have the next two days off work so I will be loungeing in the 40 degree heat and doing as little as possible, till saturday when I have to go back to work. sad I've got Anne Bishop's latest book, Dreams Made Flesh, to keep me occupied. I love Anne. I'm going to marry her when I grow up heart .

All my cats and my birds are asleep... so's the snake. The dogs are awake; barely. I think we shoud get another cat. It's been a while since we had a ginger kitten so I think we need a new one.

Maybe I'll go to the gaveyard today, do some reading. There is a great old oak tree there that's great to fall asleep in, not much chance of falling out as the branches are so broad. There are also two families of birds that live up there, it's so nice to fall asleep listening to the birds talk to each other. They'll tolerate your presence but it's a better idea to bring them some food once and a while so that they will enjoy you company as much as you enjoy theirs..... I sound like an instrution manual again.
