Resting my elbows on my desk and steepling my fingers, I stared at the door while waiting for Rose to enter. Next to me, a display screen flashed to life and Nerissa said, "ANTIE-D is requesting repairs on the Dragonfly."

"Send the mechani-bots," I replied as the door whished open and Rose entered with several conflicting looks on her face.

I waited for several minutes while waiting for her to speak. After twenty minutes of silence, I stood--which was still an odd effect since the lower half of my body was that of a snake and I was still in chibi form--and went over to Rose. Balancing on the end of my naga tail, I looked Rose in the eyes.

Nodding at what I saw there, I went back behind my desk. "You know what Rose? I am rather dissappointed. I thought that perhaps you'd have more control over the demon in you than what you currently do. You are, after all, part angel. Your mother's blood should have more control than the demon's blood.

"Yes I know I have little room to talk for while Nogard was trapped within me--but dragon versus demon is a far diffrent battle than angel versus demon. I don't care what happened right now, we will deal with it once we get you fixed."

Assuming the same position I was in when Rose entered, I guestured at a chair in front of the desk and said, "If you wish to speak in your defense; I would rather the true Rose speak, not the monster overshadowing her. Now please, sit."
