Anything else you'd like to add: Bernadeette wishes to have friends, a normal life, to hang out and have fun with people- but something inside of her just wont allow her to do it. It really hurts her and she has nearly given up on herself.

Patient Background: Bernadette was trasnfered from the Madisonville Institution in Tennessee to Hollow Creek, GA in December of 2005.
She was admitted by her Father and Step Mother when she was sixteen because of her anorexia and social issues.
Bernadette finished her schooling at the Madisonville Institution's schooling program when she was seventeen.
She returned to her family shortly after turning eighteen but had a panic attack at her welcome home party, followed by a break down three days later.
She was readmitted to Madisonville Institution the following week and has been there until she was moved to Hollow Creek.

The reason for her transfer was her father's insurance stopped covering her, and the only place that would take her without any, was Hollow Creek.

Date of admission to Hollow Creek: December. 13, 2005.

Recent events leading up to hospital admission:
Bernadette passed out at her Father's business dinner and was rushed to the hospital.
Later they realised she was not just dieting, but starving herself (nearly to death).
They seeked outside treatment for her but she only seemed to be getting worse, so her family admitted her to Madisonville.

Patient beliefs about condition: Knows she is anorexic and that something else is wrong with her, however she doesn't know or understand what. She hates herself because of her issues and doesn't think she'll ever be normal.
Intended Condition: Suffers from Anorexia and Avoidant Personality Disorder (APD).

Note:
Tendency so self inflict harm on herself has been noticed.
