This past two months I have been sick and dealing with pain caused by a surgery I had in January of this year. I wanted to share my experince with everyone because it was a rare experince that i hope no one should ever have to deal with in their lifetime. The surgery i had in January was for a disforminty called Kyphosis or hunch back. Kyphosis caused my spine to aply presure to my lungs and i was unable to breath correctly. When i finally had the surgery i was scared, i didn't know what was going to happen, i didn't know what to expect. I was in surgery for 8 hours and didn't wake up till 10:30 am the next morning. I woke up in atencive care with a tube in my throat. I was scared, i didn't want the tube in my throat and i wanted my family. I was in atencive care for 3 days untill i was finally sent to ortho floor. There i spent a whole week sturgaling with the new toll on my body. when i went home, i was still in pain, but i was so dooped up, i didn't have much of a clue of what was going on. I was tired and weak. Two weeks after my surgery my wounds didn't fully heal and infection started to leak from my wounds. On Valantine Day i went to the ER leaking like a water fastite. After blood tests and urin tests, they found an infection called Staph Infection which is a growing infection throughout hospitals and high schools in the US. It take up to two weeks for it to show signs. I spent another week in the hospital with two surgeries to clean my wound out and closing it. I spent a week with a machine called a wound vac one my back, suching infection out.
(The rest of my story will becoming soon, check back here)
