*~*~*~*~*~*

Well, it seems like my weekend has been doomed since Friday.

Recently, I damaged my foot a bit and was taken to my personal physician when it looked infected. It was. The doctor gave me a perscription for some medication to help the infection and I'm also supposed to soak my foot in water filled with one cup of Epsom Salt. It's supposed to feel like a spa, but it just feels really weird to me.

I was even forced to miss my classes at the Center for Advanced Learning (CAL) because of it and CAL is very serious. It's a school that focuses mainly on Engeneering, Computer Techinology and Medical Science...as well as English. The classes are insanely hard and you have to, pretty much, never miss a class or else you fall behind. I'm not sure how that would work since all the textbooks and such are online and anything else to work on is English. It still sucks I missed it. I like CAL a lot better then my home highschool.

Luckily, I have thechickennuggit as a friend and she goes to CAL with me as well. She gave me some info on what was going on at CAL the day I was gone and I didn't miss much, thankfully.

In addition to missing out on CAL, I missed out on working this weekend. My grandma does weddings as a little profession of hers and she has been getting my self, my brothers and my cousin to help out with sound, lighting and set-up/tear-down for each event. Anyway, my grandma wanted to hire me on for another go at a wedding, but my foot injury is keeping me from doing anything this weekend. It doubly sucks because usually get paid for working as well.

On with the disappointments, my computer remains broken and probably will stay that way until after the new year. So here I am, stuck on the family computer and unable to play Final Fantasy XI or any of my other computer games.

And I just heard some more good news. My parents walked in and said that my foot looks worse off right now then it looked yesterday. Once the local urgent care opens, my dad is taking me in to have my toenail clipped. That means needles and I have a deathly huge phobia of needles.

I HATE THEM!

Though, it's not like I have a choice at the moment. *sigh* I will edit this when I get back to update on the situation. Maybe reiterate how much I HATE needles.

[UPDATE]

Well, I came back from urgent care and I must bring something to light. I'm miserable.

The needle was impossible to bear and the fact that half my toenail is missing right now is unnerving. I even had to see my toenail and I gotta admit it looked disgusting. Well, here is to hoping that I won't feel much after a day or so. I doubt it, but there's always a chance.

Gahhh you poor thing! >_<;; That sounds like uber suck!

Well, it's a chance to get a week's worth of sleep, now, huh? Then you can be an insomniac without too much lag during the day... at least that's what I'd do xp

See you on Tuesday?
