What are you going to study there?
^^ I'd would like to go on Erasmus as well but I'm nearly sure that I won't be able. I'm in my fourth year and I think it's too late and too much money since my parents have to paid all xD.
The two places are going to be amazing to go to. Maybe Portland is too far away but I think it's a great oportunity to know and visit US. But, if you love your home dearly and can't stand to be away for long periods of time, maybe London is the best option. It depends on what you really want and what you are willing to submit to. Anyway it'll be relly fantastic, no matter where you go...I'm really envious right now. xP
