Well, anywho, so far things have been going...well....(I guess) Among other things I've had to try a trombone and tuba (urgh, those things are so hard to play... gonk ...)Well, hey, I can't really complain cause I really respect Mr. C (my band teacher. Heck eveyrone calls him that.)Okay you know what? I can not believe how anyone can play those things! especially a tuba! I mean c'mon!! the mouth piece is so HUGE it, like, sucks your lips in...it's so gross too especially when it backwashes some of your spit right back into your mouth!! URGH!!!
*shivers at mere memory*
To move on from the rather....scaring....incident of backwashing tubas, I've had such a BORING week so far it's not even funny. Absolutely NOTHING to do in school. You know, I would be cheering my head off if it wasn't for it being that it's hard to find something to do at the high school level. Well, that's inside class. With the ocassional drama over serveys (my art teacher, Mr. Elkema and Mr. her, his student teacher were driven NUTS over them today), the occasional rather wimpy fights (as if they really do that any more...) yeah it gets kind of boring during the day. Geez, I have more action in a one hour time span with my mom than anything and that's kind of sad really. sweatdrop
So, I guess, in a nutshell, things have been going well. Nothing much to say here, sadly. Hopefully, there will be more to report on tomorrow...
I guess the only two other things notworthy is that
a) the whole rock band thing is comining aling nicely, Geeting my peeps involved and
b) I might start typing some stories real soon! Review and comment please! ^-^
Well, all for now I guess. Oh and sorry, no song today. Maybe tomorrow, cause it's getting kind of late here and I have school. *eeeep*
Oh, wait a P.S. There's gonna be a Christmas Parade this Saturday and the band's playing in it! We get to march in our uniforms!! It's going to be so cold outside and heavy uniforms will be a welcome relief.
