Something I drew with a couple hilighters and a pen.

This time it's a guy, fashioned in bright, hilighter colours. (:
This one is the same technique. Hilighters + pen. But I didn't do skritchy lines. This one is much cleaner and neater. But it doesn't have the same effect with the dark, thick lines like the ones above.
