In many walks of life, including the martial arts, technique wins over no technique. Even though no man is invincible, and you will always have a chance at victory, every time. You may also lose every time, because your effort, energy, mind are not consistent. When all 3 however, Are consistent, one forms technique and technique is the tool for success, wherever it may be, in business, in the martial arts, or where I learned this lesson originally; from a place you might not expect, video games; Empire Earth, a real-time strategy game, that involves much technique.
So in conclusion, one who is consistent, will consistently win. One who takes best guesses, will only find victory in luck. Who said you never learn things from video games, huh?

Writing down things I think I need to remember. Way too often, I realize or learn something, only to forget it and let it pass my mind a few hours later. So when I think of something along those lines, it'll go here, or in a notebook, or whatever. ^^
