here's a really funny fanfic from www.fanfiction.net . I did not write this though......

Oh, My, Gosh.

Still Dreamer: Hi...ON WITH THE FIC! MWUAHAHAHAHAHA!

There they were. The whole task Force including Light Yagami. The only thing wrong was the fact:

“Where's L? He's supposed to practically live in this hotel!” Matsuda shrieked.

“Probably spent a night out with some girl.” Said Aizawa a-matter-of-fact-ly. This made Light look up from his computer screen.

“What sorta girl do think he'd go for anyway?” He asked curiously. His dad now going by the name Asahi, looked up from a pile of paper work and frowned.

“Yeah, I see him going for a smart, hot-looking blond...” Thought Matsuda aloud.

“You have a good idea going there.” Ukita replied smirking, trying to imagine the blond girl.

“I'd say a whiley brunette...with-” Aizawa was cut off by the sound of foot steps coming from the bedroom where L slept.

After a few seconds, the tear-streeked face of the great detective appeared in the groups little work area.

Everyone noticed the detectives face, but no one dared ask what was wrong.

“All those people that Kira killed...They had families, wives and good friends...We... l will find Kira!” L did this while striking a position that Light thought possible in only animes.

“And what made you come to this conclusion?” Light asked while looking at the sad-tear-soaked-looking L.

This was L's retort: “Because Hughes died! The look on the face of his little girl! And his wife!” After this out-burst L started sobbing and the task force just stared.

“Uh,” Matsuda started, “it's okay...” Matsauda started to pat the sobbing detective on the back. Sadly, this only made his cries worsen. “What do we do?” Cried Matsuda.

“That dude is one messed up detective if he still watches F.M.A...” Aizawa stared. Light shook his head, he remembered that episode...He cried in his room that whole night.

Light sighed. He knew the only way to cheer him up was to: “Get me a bottle of sake.” After a while Aizawa returned with a bottle of sake.”Thanks.” And with that, Light shoved the bottle into L's mouth and made sure the whole bottle got downed.

But the next day L had a hangover...And with L the beer took a little more time to go through the system...

“Hahahahahahaha! I'll be the next hokage! And everyone will look up to me!” L screamed as he pumped his fists into the air.

“What have I done...Ryuzaki?(sp?) Are you okay?” Light looked at L while he was in his Naruto stage.

“My name is not Ryuzaki,” said L in a serious tone, ”it's...Uchiha, Sasuke. And I will avenge my family's massacre.” All in the room were quiet. Then L started doing hand signs...”Sasuke's-way-too-cool-for-you-no-jutsu!” Suddenly there was a flash of smoke. When it cleared, L was standing in his chair in a full...Kakashi suit! He even had the Icha Icha Paradise book! “Hello!” Said ...hem..erm...Kakashi. “Now..I'm sorry I'm late you see I got lost on the road of life..” This whole anime thing lasted for 8 whole days before the beer wore off...And by that time I don't think anyone in that place wasn't scared for life...

“And that's how I saved the leprechauns of North-Pole Hollow.” At that, L closed a large story book that said Crack-Head on the front and looked at the small crowd of children staring at him wide eyed.

“Hey, mister? What's a Flame-thrower?” A little chubby boy asked.

“Well, it's...This!” L then pulled out a flame-thrower and began chasing the little kids around the library with a pair of yellow pants on his head Yelling: DIIIIIIIIIIIEEEE! at the top of his lungs.
