REASON- UNKNOWN BY LEAD. DISMISS - ASAP.
Noted from official:
"At the house there were many papers scattered about the floor and tables. Blood painted the wall red. A head of a canine was stabbed by a fork- dug into the counter-erect, it's legs on the floor. Upon entering the living room there is a barred and black-painted door to, what looked to be, a basement. When torn and opened, the room was full of Shattered Reflective glass. They were mirrors, millions of mirrors covering the floor, the walls, and the ceiling."
Noted from Chief of Staff:
"The man, 'Doctor' Vincent Dindery Ph.D. Victim of suicide. Reason unresolved. Scene of crime: His bedroom. It's evident he took chains with hooks at the ends, then hooked his bottom lip, his Achilles tendons, back neck, ears, palms, knees, and shoulders. Then possibly turned into a mad man and literally tore himself apart. His bedroom was red, chained hooks hang from the walls with his limbs, innards, and skin on them. The window was bolted and barred. The dresser had markings on them, scratched in. A nail left in the wood. The markings, when examined revealed two letters. 'M' and 'E'. Obviously spelling, 'Me'. We're currently undergoing further investigations. However, many questions must and/or will be left unanswered, for this was too grotesque, horrid, mindless, and unpredictable."
