Jacqueline was seventeen, working on a desk
When Ivor peered above her spectacle
Forgot that he had wrecked a girl
Sometime these eyes
Forget the face they're peering from
When the face they peer upon
Well you know that face as I do
And how in the return of the gaze
She can return you the face that you are staring from
Go with whatever you think says I.
I'll trust it.

Going with what one thinks can only be done when one knows what one thinks. Sometimes we need to seperate our own thoughts from the thoughts of the masks which we wear.
If only they could be torn off. It is one of the things I daily wish for.
It's also one of the things I admire about you- how real you seem compared to others. It's a beautiful quality.
But for now, I'm stuck trying to figure myself out. God only knows how things will end up.
Hmm. A rant, and yet one that attempts to scratch the surface of how things appear to be. I don't think I'll erase it, as I usually do when I notice I'm ranting...
