Chapter 3
The duel must go on: Wimp fiends VS Metal Dragon

Just incase you didn’t read chapter 2, here is a quick recap of what’s going on. Haku’s best cards were swapped out with a n00b deck and now he’s 2500 life points from death and loosing his Vindicator cards for good.

“Here goes. Set monster defense and one face down. End turn” Haku said, trying to make the best out of the n00b deck that was swapped for his greatest cards ever.
“I’m so sorry for stealing your best cards. I will defeat you though, but take it easy I haven’t bought new cards in a long time. Hey can you give me some new cards, I am totally your best friend so you almost have to give me cards, right?” Buehler said as he was trying to annoy Haku so that he couldn’t concentrate. It was hard enough to duel with such week cards, but then to put up with Buehler just made it all worse.
“No, we aren’t friends, you cant have my cards, and you cant beat me because I’m going to win in 3 turns.” Haku said with confidence. After Haku got finished his speech Buehler began to draw. He had a smug look on his oversized face that mostly consisted of just a HUGE nose.
“I play my Headless Knight with 1450 ATK. Knight attack the reverse monster!” Unfortunately to Buehler’s surprise it was Giant soldier of stone with a whopping 2000 DEF. That meant Buehler lost 550 life points. “Now I play dark hole. They all go to the grave. Then I play a reverse card and end my turn.” All the monsters on the field were gone.
“I summon Neo, the Magic Swordsman with 1700 ATK. Swordsman Direct assault. You now have 1750 points. Who‘s whopping who?” Haku said as he took the lead. “End turn.”
“I summon my second Headless Knight in attack mode.”
“Trap Hole Reverse!” Haku’s trap, Trap Hole, Destroyed the new Headless Knight on the field.
“Now, my greatest card. Dark Necrofera. Special summon. She has 2800 ATK. Kill the Magical Swordsman.” Buehler said as he pointed dramatically at the Neo card on Haku’s field.
“Ouch, that’s gonna leave a mark!” Zil said as he snickered and pointed at Buehler’s Score Sheet. “Wow Haku, you only got 1400 points left.”
“I draw. Just what I wanted. I set a reverse monster and two reverse cards as well. This will be your last move…Go!” Haku was getting ready for his final move.
“I’m in control of this duel so shut up!” Buehler was starting to worry. “ I summon my second Melchid and attack with 1500!” His attack failed when the monster was revealed to be Mystic Elf with 2000 DEF. “Big deal, I have 1250 points left. Necrofera attack his Elf. Your elf parishes.” He said as Haku put the elf in the Cemetery.
“Well, how did you like your last turn? Now your are going to face this decks greatest secret power! Reverse card-Change of Heart. I’ll take your Necrofera. Reverse Card-Monster Reborn…I pick my Stone Soldier. Tribute summon for Dark Magician. Next I cast Polymerization. Fusion summon Metal Dragon. Dark Magician kills Melchid. Metal Dragon Direct Attack!” Haku said did his great combo so fast it left Buehler in a daze. He had no clue what just happened.
“WHAT??? I lost to a starter deck???” Buehler screamed with pain…the pain of humiliating defeat (or maybe just a bad headache from trying to keep up with Haku).
“I’ll be taking that lizard breath!” Al said as Famous picked up Zil and restrained him. Al grabbed the Vindicator deck from lizard face and took them back to Haku. “Don’t loose these again!” Al yelled at Haku.
“Alright bro, no problem.” Haku replied. He swapped back the n00b deck for his Vindicators.
“And as for you…” Famous said, “You are gonna get a pounding!” Famous started chasing Zil and Buehler around the room. “Haku, these are the guys who were part of the gang that wanted me to beat you.” Famous could remember them crowded around some trench coat wearing guy. He could also remember Vicky being there now too. “Boss, Vicky’s one of the goon squad’s squad.”
“Yes, and she has connections to people who duel better than me. She recorded you dueling and can get you expelled for sneaking out of class if you don’t stop her. Good luck with that though…she probably already turned you three in.” Buehler said.
“I smashed that tape,” Haku replied.
“She doesn’t use tapes with her camera, it saves it to the built in memory…you smashed a fake.” Zil replied, he wanted Haku’s gang to suffer. Just then the loud speaker came on.
“Attention class, sorry for the announcement, but will Haku, Al, Famous, Zil, and Buehler please report to the second office for a conference.” The voice sounded like Vicky’s, she must be ready to eliminate Haku.
