Do you have a very trivial pet peeve -- one that's hard to explain why but it still bothers you greatly?

I have a couple, actually. I hate it when people start telling me a story but it doesnt have a point or theyre missing a great detail from it. I also hate when people dont erase things from dry erase boards completely >.o

What's your favorite restaurant and what do you usually order there?

Well, I have a very hard time with choosing my "favorite" anything. My favorites at the moment would be bulgogi at my hometown's Korean restaurant, or mongolian beef/broccoli and beef at P.F. Chang's. <3

What's your favorite memory as a child?

Hmm. That's kinda hard to say. I just loved being a child. I was a tomboy and would always walk and adventure through the woods and stuff making up stories and such. My mom always got onto me for having the dirtiest socks because of this. XD

What's the best part about modding for you? Worst part?

The best part of modding is the satisfaction I get from knowing something was done right and that a user has been helped to the best of my ability. The worst would be those that I just cant seem to get through to. The ones that want something done that I just cant do, or those who yell at me for not doing what they want me to do.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Im comfortable with where Im at now, but I would love to live even for a little in the following places:

New York, California, Germany, London, Japan, South Korea, Hawaii, Paris, or Spain.

I really want to be a nurse, but what's the schooling like? how long (years?) do you have to go for?

Well, Im not gonna sugar coat it. It's hard. It's damn hard. The length depends on what program your going into. LPN? RN? LPN programs like the one Im in are usually 7-8 quarters long, 3-4 in core classes and 4 in the actual program. RN is just like going for your bachelor's. 4 years.

do you like it so far? what exactly do you deal with every day?

I do like it, but like I said its hard. It's a fast paced learning environment where you either get it or you dont. I have to watch skills and then be able to perform them for the teacher for check offs. The tests are no joke. A lot of it is gray area critical thinking. Dont go into nursing saying you wont do this or that, because yes, you will do it. Think about what you do for yourself everyday. All of it. For a patient who cant care for themselves, youre caring for them the exact same way plus some.

what type of things do you learn about? biology1/biology2 stuff?

Well in my program, anatomy, cpr, first aid for starters. Then you have your fundamentals, drug calculation, drug administration, and then during the clinicals (at the hospital applying your knowledge), you have the specialized stuff to learn. Med/surgical, pediatrics, OB, nursing home, etc.

what made you want to be a nurse?

Well, Im not entirely sure. I initially wanted to be an early ed teacher, but I found out it wasnt for me. Eventually I want to be a pediatrics nurse. I love children and any way I can help them I will.

So how's married life treating ya?

Not any different from before XD We've been together so long its like a legal thing at this stage ;P

Do you want kids?

Of course! But not anytime too soon... >_>

Do you have nursing "specialty"?

At this point I dont get to choose. After some experience, I want to be a pediatrics nurse (:

What's the one situation/experience that has changed your view on life, if there is one? ^__^

I'd like to say I've had many such experiences. Having a sister after being an only child for 10 years, being married to my high school sweetheart, being in the nursing program right now...those are just a few. Every experience changes my outlook and causes me to grow a little more.

What are your favorite socks?

I dont have a bunch of special patterned socks, because I love flip flops. I do love the feeling of brand new socks. They fit perfectly and the cushioning is still intact <3

What do you want most from the Gaia store?

Well. I'd love some plushies, but Im more partial towards the shirts. Yes...I wear my Gaia shirts a lot.

Do you feel ackward venturing into areas you don't normally moderate?

Not normally. You really have to adapt to new things after being on board for so long. Luckily I had a lot of experience in different areas before becoming a mod (exchange, art, reg forum) so that helped me a lot. I dont really like to mod the guild/RP areas, though. I dont feel I know enough to effectively moderate those areas.
