Those "Expiration Dates" are just a suggestion...right? Back in February I noticed that the bologna I'd been eating had expired in January. I figured, "Eh, it hasn't killed me yet, and it still looks, smells and tastes like it should." and continued eating it. Today I finally gave in and fed the last piece to one of the dogs. Then I looked at the mayonnaise I'd been eating...it had expired in December. rofl I'm eating it right now...and I'm still alive. laughs I was tempted to throw in some of the expired potato salad I intend to eventually consume ((it keeps expiring before I finish it...but I hate to waste food. sweatdrop )), but figured I should limit the amount of expired things I eat at one time. My current package of Bologna expires tomorrow...I still haven't decided whether to keep it or buy a new one after that. I've also got some expired eggs, but for some reason the expiration dates on those tend to be really literal so...

	Oh mah gawd. I'm the most neurotic person ever about expiration dates! My sister had salad dressing in her fridge that had been expired for months and I gave her possibly the most disgusted and repulsed expression known to mankind when I saw them XD I won't touch something after it's hit it's expiration date, I know it's probably still OK a few days after it but... I dunno, something in my mind just snaps and goes, "DON'T TOUCH IT! IT'S CONTAMINATED! IF YOU OPEN THAT, WE'RE GOING TO BE NEEDING TO CALL GHOSTBUSTERS!" Pretty much.

	Haha, well, I tend to buy lots of stuff when I shop, but only eat a fraction of it at a time so a lot of stuff expires before I get to it, and I hate to just throw it away. xd

	I don't usually eat anything after a day or two of it being past the expiration date. Or if it's got mould on it, of course. x_X A year or two ago I tidied out a cupboard and found some tomato ketchup that expired in 1993...

	But I never know what I'm going to want that week, so I have to have lots of options. rofl Mmmm, ketchup. Was it unopened?
