Ugh... today was interesting. So I was playing practice games with the rest of varsity, right? I won my singles game 8-5, then I was assigned to play a doubles game with Sean against two of the newer members. It was a bit of tough game, considering when I served I kept staring into the sun, that and the 20mph wind was shriveling my eyeballs ><;; Not to mention Sean fumbled his service game (least he still had his volleys, which was good) and one of the guys had the funkiest forehand I've ever seen. eek domokun

We played for about a hour and a half, game by game, until it was 7-7, and then we were on deuce for the rest of the hour. stare On about the 10th deuce (add-in) the guy at the net hit the ball down the line toward the corner, and I went at it with a backhand.

Idiot that I was (and am), because I wasn't paying attention where or how fast I was running, when I hit the ball the momentum sent me careening into the chainlink fence behind me. HARD. scream I mean, usually this wouldn't have bothered me, but I smashed my ankle when I threw myself backwards, and now the enitre side of my left leg is raw. Sean was laughing his a** off, the b*****d, and I was like, wtf? Coach was all like "wow *finally* you're done" when we won (sorta) rolleyes Like we haven't done this before... Tche.

Anyways, gotta rest up for tomorrow. Sayonara.
