This hurr avvie is a cosplay of Michael James (or just Mikey) Way.
Mikey Way is the Bassist of the amazing band My Chemical Romance, looking here as he did back in the days of "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" a few years ago. In addition to having named the band, Mikey is brother to the lead singer of MCR Gerard, and is known as the band's cheerful, fun-loving, sushi-adoring member.
Where would My Chemical Romance be without Mikey?
Bwahaha Mikey is awesome.
