Okay something is terrribly wrong here . Yesterday is was windy but it was 65 degrees. Today at 9:45 am it was 22 degrees and 30 mph winds from the NW. Put that together and you get a wind chill of 9 degrees. I loved my 60 to 70 degrees weather. Life is sometimes cruel in Iowa.
